Tournament Start Time: The tournament will start on time. It is your responsibility to be available for all your divisions at their correct rings when they begin. We will announce any divisions. Very Important please pay attention to your ring assignments.
Pre Registered Players: Upon arrival to the tournament, please check in at pre registration desk to receive your player, spectator, coaches and/or officials entry passes/bands fastened by our staff. Your spectators and coaches must be present to receive their bands upon check in. Thank you.
Weight Preference Divisions: Any Adult Black Belt players competing in point sparring MUST weigh-in at registration upon check in. There will Positively be NO pound/kilo or ounce allowances given.
